With the trip to meet our team and view the properties we recommend a three day tour to be able to get the most out of your time and to be able to reflect on what you have seen. Many of you may have been on inspection visits before and may be more familiar with the areas and properties.

Also we can help you arrange accommodation for your stay, car hire, we can help with any information that you may need and if needed a possible airport pick up (*).

» Property bargains in Spain / Italy

After you arrive depending on your situation on arrival i.e. accommodation and travel plans, one of us will meet you at your accommodation to discuss the days plan. We usually show you the properties that matched your requirements - then allow you time to reflect on what you have seen during your day.

We offer you the one on one service, and feel it is essential for you to be away from us to reflect so there is no added pressure and no distractions for you whilst you are here.

First of all - we ask that you are serious about buying a property abroad.

Secondly - that you are in a financial position to purchase a property.

We ask this solely as we have many requests to view properties and are only interested in assisting peoples that are serious and not wasting our time (coming away to enjoy a few days away !!! ).
